01 — About AHS Impex
General Information
AHS Impex is a Sialkot, Pakistan-based custom apparel manufacturing partner focused on sportswear, activewear, streetwear and made-to-order apparel. We support brands, teams, retailers and businesses that need customized products rather than generic off-the-shelf garments.
Our work is structured around OEM, ODM and private-label requirements, including product development, material selection, customization, branding and order supply.
AHS Impex is based at Abdullah Colony, Hamza Ghous, Sialkot, Punjab 51310, Pakistan. Sialkot is a long-established manufacturing and export cluster with deep specialization in sports goods, sports apparel and made-to-order products for international buyers.
We welcome enquiries from established brands, startup labels, sports teams, clubs, academies, distributors, retailers and businesses developing their own apparel range.
The right production route depends on your product, quantity, branding requirements and target market, so new projects are reviewed individually before quotation.
AHS Impex presents itself as a custom apparel manufacturing partner. Because some projects require different specialist processes, the exact production scope for your order is confirmed during the quotation and development stage.
If you specifically require certain processes to be handled in-house, include that requirement in your RFQ so it can be confirmed before you place an order.
Sialkot has a mature export-oriented manufacturing ecosystem with skilled pattern, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery and finishing resources serving sports and apparel buyers worldwide. This concentration of specialist suppliers makes it practical to develop customized products and coordinate export production from one manufacturing region.
Yes. AHS Impex is positioned for worldwide order supply. When requesting a quote, include your destination country so production, packing and shipping requirements can be considered from the start.
02 — Brand Manufacturing
OEM, ODM & Private Label
OEM usually means the buyer provides an existing design, tech pack or detailed specification and the manufacturer produces to those requirements. ODM involves more development support, where a concept or brief is turned into a production-ready product. Private label focuses on supplying the finished product under your own branding, labels and packaging.
A project can combine all three approaches depending on how much development work you need.
Yes. A tech pack is one of the best ways to communicate measurements, materials, construction, colors, artwork, labels and packing requirements. We can review your specifications and identify any points that need clarification before sampling or production.
You can still start with clear reference images, sketches, an existing sample, measurements or a written product brief. The goal is to define the product accurately enough to quote, sample and manufacture it consistently.
For complex styles, additional development information may be requested before final costing.
Yes. Private-label projects can include your brand name, logo, woven or printed labels, size and care labels, hangtags and agreed packaging. Exact label materials, artwork and minimums are confirmed with the product quotation.
Custom patterns can be developed when the project requires a specific fit, silhouette or measurement chart. Share your size chart, reference garment or fit direction so pattern and grading requirements can be reviewed before sampling.
Client artwork, specifications and product references should be treated as confidential project information. If your business requires a formal NDA or specific confidentiality terms, request them before sending sensitive proprietary files so the requirements can be agreed in writing.
AHS Impex should be used for original, authorized or buyer-owned designs and branding. Logos, trademarks and artwork supplied for production should be owned by you or used with proper authorization.
03 — Team & Performance
Sportswear Manufacturing
AHS Impex focuses on customized sportswear and team apparel. Typical enquiries can include soccer uniforms, basketball uniforms, baseball uniforms, jerseys, shorts, tracksuits, training tops and other made-to-order teamwear.
If a style is not listed on the website, send a reference and we can review whether it fits the production scope.
Yes. Soccer uniform projects can be developed around your club or brand colors, logos, player details, sizing and fabric requirements. Share the number of sets, size breakdown, artwork and destination country for an accurate quote.
Yes. Names, numbers, club badges, sponsor artwork and other personalized elements can be incorporated using an appropriate decoration method. For fully sublimated polyester kits, many graphics can be integrated directly into the print artwork.
Sublimation is widely used for polyester-based performance teamwear because artwork is transferred into the fabric rather than sitting as a thick surface layer. It is especially useful for all-over graphics, gradients, multiple sponsor marks and personalized names or numbers.
The fabric and artwork should be reviewed together to confirm that sublimation is the right method.
Common sportswear constructions use polyester interlock, mesh, bird-eye and other performance knits selected according to breathability, stretch, weight and end use. The best fabric depends on the sport, climate, target price and desired hand feel.
Usually yes. Team and sportswear orders are commonly distributed across a size run. The exact size breakdown should be confirmed before production, and the overall quantity still needs to meet the agreed minimum for that style.
Repeat orders are easiest when the approved artwork, measurement chart, fabric specification and branding details are kept as the production reference. Small shade or material differences can occur between production lots, so any critical matching requirement should be stated when reordering.
04 — Fitness & Training
Activewear Manufacturing
Activewear enquiries can include gym tops, training shirts, shorts, leggings, joggers, tracksuits, compression-style garments and other fitness-focused apparel. Product construction is reviewed according to intended movement, fit, fabric and branding.
Activewear commonly uses polyester/spandex, nylon/spandex and other stretch performance blends, as well as technical polyester knits for training garments. Fabric weight, stretch direction, recovery, hand feel and moisture management should be selected according to the product.
Yes. Performance requirements should be included in your product brief. We can review fabric options around stretch, breathability, moisture handling and weight, but any required laboratory performance standard should be specified before sourcing and sampling.
Yes. Coordinated tops, leggings, shorts and other set pieces can be developed with aligned colors, fabrics and branding. If exact shade matching between pieces is important, state this during development so materials and production lots can be planned accordingly.
Yes. You can provide your own measurements or request development around a target fit. Stretch garments need particular attention to fabric recovery, garment measurements and intended compression level, so fit should be confirmed through sampling before bulk production.
Yes. Functional details such as pockets, contrast panels, mesh zones, zippers, drawcords or reflective accents can be reviewed as part of the design. Complex features can affect cost, MOQ and production time.
05 — Fashion & Private Label
Streetwear Manufacturing
Streetwear enquiries can include oversized or regular-fit T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, shorts, jackets and other private-label fashion basics. The style can be developed around your preferred silhouette, fabric weight, trims and branding.
Heavyweight garments can be developed when suitable fabric is available. Streetwear brands often specify fabric by GSM because weight strongly affects drape, structure, hand feel and shipping cost.
Instead of choosing a GSM only from a number, it is better to define the look and feel you want and approve the actual fabric or sample before bulk.
Yes. Streetwear silhouettes can be developed around custom measurements and reference garments. Fit details such as body width, length, shoulder drop, sleeve volume and rib proportions should be defined and approved at the sampling stage.
These finishes depend on the garment, fabric, color and available processing route. If you need acid wash, garment dye, enzyme wash, vintage wash or another special finish, include it in the RFQ so feasibility, minimums and sample requirements can be confirmed before quotation.
Common options include screen printing, embroidery, heat-applied graphics and other print methods depending on the artwork and fabric. Streetwear can also use patches, woven labels and specialty trims. The decoration method should be chosen for both appearance and durability.
Yes, subject to sourcing availability and minimums. Custom trims such as zippers, eyelets, drawcord tips, patches, woven labels and other hardware can strengthen brand identity, but bespoke components may increase development time and MOQ.
Yes, small brands can enquire with a focused range such as one or two core styles. The most practical starting quantity depends on fabric, color, decoration and trim requirements, so the collection should be reviewed style by style before confirming MOQ.
06 — Product Development
Design, Fabrics & Customization
Vector artwork is preferred for clean production files. AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are useful when available. High-resolution PNG can also work for some applications, but low-resolution screenshots may need to be redrawn before production.
Pantone references, physical swatches or approved digital color references can be used to guide color matching. Final appearance can vary by fabric, print method and screen display, so critical colors should be approved through a physical sample or swatch whenever practical.
Yes. For projects where fabric hand feel, weight, composition or color is critical, it is useful to review the material specification or swatch before committing to a full garment sample.
Fabric can be sourced according to the product brief, subject to market availability and minimum purchase requirements. Share composition, GSM, stretch, finish, color and performance requirements so suitable options can be reviewed.
Yes. Private-label packaging can include woven or printed labels, care labels, hangtags, polybags and other agreed branding elements. Custom packaging may have its own supplier minimums, setup charges and production lead times.
Yes. Your measurement chart can be used as the basis for pattern development and grading. Measurement points, tolerances and fit expectations should be clearly defined, especially for fitted or stretch garments.
Yes. A reference design can be reviewed for practical construction, fabric choice, print placement and trim selection. Any recommended change should be agreed before sampling so the final product remains aligned with your intended design.
07 — Before Bulk Production
MOQ, Sampling & Development
MOQ is not treated as one fixed number for every product. It can vary by garment type, fabric, color, printing method, custom trims and total production setup.
Send the style, quantity, number of colors and customization details for a project-specific minimum.
Startup and test-order enquiries are welcome. Lower quantities may be easier on simple styles using readily available materials, while custom-dyed fabric, special trims or complex decoration can require higher minimums.
In many apparel projects, the agreed quantity can be distributed across a size range. The size ratio should be finalized before production so cutting and material planning can be completed accurately.
Possibly, but this depends on the fabric and decoration process. Multiple colors can create separate fabric, dyeing, printing or setup minimums, so color splits need to be reviewed before the order is confirmed.
Yes. Sampling is strongly recommended for customized apparel because it allows fit, construction, fabric, artwork and branding to be reviewed before bulk production.
Sample terms depend on the product and development work required. Sample cost, shipping and any adjustment against a later bulk order should be agreed before development begins rather than assumed.
Yes. Provide clear written comments, revised measurements or marked reference images. Significant changes to pattern, fabric, artwork or trims may require another sample and can affect development cost or timeline.
Yes, international sample shipping can be arranged. The courier method, shipping charge and destination details should be confirmed before dispatch.
08 — Bulk Manufacturing
Production, Quality & Lead Time
Bulk lead time depends on order quantity, material readiness, design complexity, customization and the current production schedule. A realistic production window should be confirmed in writing after the sample and order details are approved.
The production clock should be counted from the point when the required approvals, order details and agreed payment stage are complete — not from the first enquiry. Late artwork, size changes or material changes can shift the schedule.
The approved sample, measurement chart, artwork and confirmed material specifications should be used as the bulk-production reference. This creates a clear standard for fit, construction and branding throughout the order.
Typical checks include measurements, stitching, seam quality, print or embroidery placement, color consistency, labels, finishing and packing. Requirements that are especially important to your brand should be stated in the specification rather than left to assumption.
If your company requires a specific inspection method, AQL level, testing protocol or third-party inspection, include it in the RFQ. The requirement can then be reviewed for feasibility, access, timing and any additional cost before the order is confirmed.
Urgent orders depend on material availability, production capacity and the complexity of the style. A rush timeline should only be considered confirmed after the full specification and required delivery date have been reviewed.
For custom B2B orders, milestones and important changes should be communicated during production. If your purchasing process requires specific update points, photos or approval checkpoints, request them when the order is placed.
09 — Commercial Terms
Pricing, Payments & Orders
Pricing depends on fabric, GSM, pattern complexity, order quantity, number of colors, print or embroidery method, trims, labels, packaging and other special requirements. Because these inputs change from style to style, a reference photo alone may not be enough for final costing.
Send the product type, reference or tech pack, target quantity, color count, size range, fabric preference, branding method, packaging requirement and destination country. If you have a target delivery date, include that too.
Payment structure is confirmed with the quotation or proforma invoice for each order. Do not rely on a general assumption about deposit percentages; use the written commercial terms issued for your specific project.
Available payment methods should be confirmed directly with AHS Impex before sending funds. For international B2B orders, always make payment only against verified company instructions and the agreed invoice.
Not necessarily. Product price, packing, freight, duties and destination charges can be quoted separately depending on the agreed shipping term. Check exactly what is included before comparing supplier quotations.
Volume and repeat production can sometimes improve efficiency because development work, patterns and artwork are already established. Any revised pricing still depends on current material prices, order size and the specification at the time of reorder.
10 — Worldwide Supply
Export, Shipping & Logistics
Yes. AHS Impex is positioned for worldwide order supply. Shipping arrangements depend on destination, shipment size, urgency and the commercial terms agreed for the order.
Depending on the order, international courier, air freight or sea freight may be considered. Smaller urgent shipments often favor courier or air, while larger shipments may be more economical by sea. The best option should be quoted for your specific destination and carton volume.
The appropriate Incoterm depends on how much of the freight, insurance, customs and destination handling you want the seller to arrange. Confirm the exact Incoterm in the quotation or proforma invoice and make sure both sides understand the named place or port.
Responsibility depends on the agreed shipping term and the destination country's rules. Buyers should confirm local duties, VAT/GST and customs requirements with their broker or import authority before ordering.
International apparel shipments commonly require a commercial invoice and packing list, with additional origin, transport or customs documents depending on the destination and shipping method. Any special documentation requirement should be communicated before dispatch.
Pakistan currently benefits from the European Union's GSP+ trade arrangement, and textiles and clothing are major users of those preferences. However, preferential treatment depends on the product's HS classification, origin rules, documentation and the rules in force at the time of import.
EU buyers should confirm the exact tariff treatment for their garment with a customs broker rather than assuming every apparel line automatically enters duty-free.
Tracking is normally available for courier and many air-freight shipments, while sea freight is followed through shipping documents and carrier information. The available tracking method depends on the transport service selected.
11 — Working Together
Orders, Reorders & Support
Send your product reference or tech pack, required quantity, sizes, colors, branding requirements and destination country. WhatsApp is useful for quick references and photos, while email is better for detailed files and technical specifications.
Changes should be requested as early as possible. Once fabric has been purchased, artwork printed, cutting started or custom trims produced, some changes may no longer be possible or may create additional cost and delay.
For a repeat order, reference the previous product and identify any required changes. Reusing approved patterns, measurements and artwork can make the process more efficient, but fabric availability and current pricing still need to be reconfirmed.
Contact AHS Impex promptly with the order reference, clear photos or video, affected quantity and a description of the issue. The matter can then be reviewed against the approved specification and agreed order terms.
For quick product enquiries, WhatsApp AHS Impex at +92 371 6515420. For tech packs, detailed specifications or larger files, email info@ahsimpex.com.
If you plan to visit Sialkot or need a scheduled production discussion, contact AHS Impex in advance so availability, location details and the purpose of the meeting can be confirmed.
